QASSRA Returns and Refund Policy

At QASSRA, we prioritize building lasting relationships with our customers through trust and satisfaction. As a growing business, we do not offer traditional returns or refunds for most items. This allows us to focus on delivering quality products that meet your expectations and efficiently address any concerns. If an issue arises, we are committed to resolving it fairly and transparently.

1. Return Policy Overview

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for most items. This includes:

  • Digital and Personalized Products: Ready-made and custom digital invitations are non-refundable once payment is processed. If a verified technical defect occurs, we will work with you to resolve the issue and may issue store credit where applicable.
  • Packages: Mixed and fully digital packages are non-refundable. In case of a verified defect, store credit will be provided.
  • Rental Items: Rental items are non-refundable. Please refer to the Rental Terms and Conditions Contract provided upon inquiry for more details.

2. Our Commitment to You

While we do not process standard returns or refunds, we are dedicated to addressing any issues with your order. Whether it’s a technical issue with a digital product or concerns about your package, our team will work with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

3. Refund Alternatives

If a verified defect is found:

  • Store Credit: We will issue store credit to be used on future purchases.
  • No Financial Refunds: Refunds to the original payment method are not available at this time.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please reach out to our support team to explore possible solutions. Exchanges may depend on stock availability and additional terms.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved due to an error on QASSRA's part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
